Would love you to add the ability, in drag/drop, to have RTL text functionality for Arabic and Hebrew languages. Seems like a VERY useful thing for many folks.
Duplicate (clone) a workflow node
When creating or editing a workflow it would be useful to duplicate a specific logic or action node so I don't have to enter the same details again.
Manage opt in preferences
Add the option to create subscription preferences so customers can opt in and out of certain types of emails.
Delete or Edit Properties
I would like to delete properties or edit the name of the property myself without having to contact Vero to do it for me.
The ability to see what the email looks like when the user has darkmode set as their preference in their email client. The ability to set the colors for dark mode.

Add the ability to add custom HTML to a drag and drop template.
Add "datepicker" and simpler UI for date-based segmentation
Improve how segmentation on dates are being handled. When using iso8601 coded timestamps it is a bit confusing how to build a query, as the options (less than, greater than etc.) suggest that this is a standard numeric value. It would be a good improvement if it was possible to segment on iso8601 coded dates the "traditional" way (before, after, between) , and maybe even with a date picker.
Faster segment calculation speeds
The attached chart shows the calculation time distribution for a sample of 1,300 segments in Vero – minutes (y axis) vs. place in distribution (x axis). There are a small portion of segments that are very slow to calculate. As we can see from the curve, segments are either fast or really slow. Slicing this data, approximately 9.9% of segments account for just under 50% of the total calculation time across the entire sample. Here are some of the optimisations we're working on to create a flatter distribution: • Optimising segments that reference many of the same conditions (e.g. if a segment has 50 "user has property X" conditions). • Optimising segments referencing event properties. • Optimising overlapping calculations (e.g. five segments reference the same child segment and are refreshed in tandem). We will post updates here as we work through these optimisations.
